Plastic phone clamp developed a crack
I bought it directly from the company. Initially it worked very well. But, after a while, the plastic phone holder developed a hairline fracture which would cause it to not being able to be tightened adequately.. As a result the phone will slip.

Best Mount for Wheelchairs, Expensive though
My favorite phone mount this far for my wheelchair. Easy for me to adjust with no grip and doesn't block the camera. Just wish they weren't so expensive!
