How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is based on the weight of the order and the destination zip code. To find out how much it will cost, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and begin checkout. Enter your address information and before you enter credit card information, it will then display your shipping options and costs.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide however you must process your order with our International/Mail Service web site. During checkout (to most locations) you have the option of selecting UPS or USPS EMS mail service. Delivery times vary depending on the country, generally allow 4-10 days. International buyers are responsible for any and all custom/duty charges. Please note: UPS may charge a separate handling fee to process your purchase through customs.
How long will it take?
Items in stock and ordered before 12 noon CST with UPS are normally shipped the same day. Orders shipping via mail service normally ship the next business day. These shipping guidelines do not apply to special shipping promotions. Our main shipping facility is in Lisle, Illinois (Chicago suburb). Some or all of your order may ship from a another location. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified with approximate ship date. Below is an approximate time in transit map for orders shipping via UPS Ground. Order shipping via mail service generally take 2-5 days.

Can I have my order ship to a PO Box?
Yes, however, you must process your order with our International/Mail Service web site. During checkout you must select USPS Priority Mail because UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I have an order ship to a different or multiple addresses?
Yes. During checkout you can have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address. (Shipping and handling fees are based on the ship to address.) If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you can phone in your order or create multiple online orders.
Can I have it shipped with another carrier?
Yes. If you prefer your order to ship via mail service, please use our international/mail service web site. Other shipping methods include FedEx and DHL and must be requested on phone orders. Additional charges may apply from the shipper. If special packaging is required, an additional handling charge may apply from modularhose.com.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. Orders may be picked up during normal business hours. It is preferred that you phone in your order ahead of time so that items can be pulled and ready.
